We currently ship all over the world! All parcels are sent with UPS, Monday to Friday, requiring a signature on delivery.
DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS
Charges below are for 1 item, prices will vary for larger orders. All shipping costs include handling charges.
US Standard Delivery (3 working days): $5
US Next Day Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm): £$0
Europe (5-7 working days): $13
Rest of World (7-10 working days): $15
For next working day (Monday-Friday) delivery, you must place your order before 12pm.
RETURNS POLICY
We happily accept returns/exchanges on full-priced items in their original condition if returned within 14 working days. If you have any concerns regarding our returns policy, please get in touch via the contact page.
HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
For all returns or exchanges please submit a request using the link above.
We will then ask you to return your items to us.
Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours (subject to stock availability). Refunds, once approved will be processed within 15 working days.
The cost to return an item for refund or exchange is at the expense of the custom. For security and peace of mind, we recommend that you use an insured registered post to ensure safe and documented delivery as we are not liable for any lost returned items.
